Research Week 2024 Schedule_Mechanical Engineering
Instructions:
1. Research Week 2024 will be held in the form of a presentation wherein each Ph.D. scholar will present their research work in front of the appointed experts.
2. The scholar has to prepare Power Point Presentation to present their research work before an expert committee. Supervisor has to verify the presentation of their respective scholar before the presentation round.
3. Research Week will be conducted through Webex platform. An email link will be sent to the individual scholar at their respective registered Email id for appearing in the Research Week as per the schedule uploaded on the university website. Scholar should not use mobile devices for the Presentation purpose.
4. The maximum time allotted to each scholar will be of 01 (one) hour (30 minutes for presentation, 20 minutes for Question-Answer, 10 minutes for filling review card & honorarium form). So please prepare your presentation accordingly.
5. Presence of Supervisor and both the DPC members is mandatory throughout the research week session for their respective scholar/s.
6. It will be responsibility of the Supervisor to inform the DPC members regarding the Research Week schedule for their respective scholar/s.
7. Upload of Review card on TMMS portal:
a. After completion of Research Week session, the scholar has to upload the filled review card on TMMS portal in both Review card and Photos tab within 10 days.
b. No need to take Photographs for this particular Research Week.
8. Kindly refer to the Circular – Research Week 2024 uploaded on University website dated 16-03-2024.

VPS Research Proposal Presentation Schedule 2024-25

INSTRUCTIONS:
• Candidates are informed to appear in the Research Proposal Presentation through Webex platform and prepare Power Point Presentation to determine their aptitude for research before an expert committee.
• Candidate should not use mobile devices for the Presentation purpose.
• An email link will be sent to the individual candidate at their respective registered Email id for appearing in the presentation as per the schedule uploaded on the university website.
• Candidates are advised to join the meeting at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time to avoid any connectivity issues etc.
• It is mandatory to all candidates to appear for RPP including those who have qualified VPS Entrance Test 2024.
• Candidates should keep their audio and video off during the presentation of other candidates.
• The maximum time allotted to each candidate will be of 20 minutes including question-answering session.
• Names of proposed Supervisor(s) is not to be mentioned anywhere in the presentation or any document.
• No request in the change of schedule, etc. will be entertained. Those candidates who are not present in the RPP due to any reason will be marked as ABSENT and will be declared Not Qualified for admission in VPS program 2024.
